EuroTLX

EuroTLX is the first fixed income market in Europe focused on retail investors, where it is possible to trade more than 3,200 securities, mainly governative bonds and corporate bonds, plus a selection of certificates and equities. EuroTLX provides also services that help financial institutions in adapting to the requirements imposed by MiFID.

TLX S.p.A. originated as a market for the negotiation of financial instruments to meet private investor needs. Operating since 1 January 2003, the company manages the TLX-regulated market and the EuroTLX Organized Exchange System. The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed joint venture between the Italian financial institutions Unicredit S.p.A. and Banca IMI S.p.A, a company of the Intesa San Paolo Group, that transformed the joint venture TLX S.p.A. into a joint venture Euro TLX Societa Intermediazione Mobiliare S.p.A (Euro TLX SIM S.p.A.).
